The collection, or category pages are important both for your SEO and user experience and there are a few tricks you need to keep in mind to make them work. Today we'll focus on design.⁠⠀

The example in this video is from a previous client of mine, Mauli. You can see their category page looks beautiful and clean!⁠⠀

The easiest way to make all the products look put together is to remove the background from every photo. In the past you would need a professional designer for this and it would not be cheap. Now we have this amazing app called Remove Bg which does the same job automatically. It's free but if you upgrade to their paid plan, you can download the photos in High Res and they look great online.⁠⠀

If you do want to keep the colourful background on your product images, make sure they're all the same size and format - either square or rectangular and the products are roughly the same size, ie. the same distance from the edge of the photo!⁠⠀
