Find out exactly where your store is leaking money.

You know your product inside out. Nobody ever taught you conversion. For £120 I'll go through your store and tell you exactly what's losing you sales, and what to fix first.

Back with you in a week. No call to sit through, and I don't need access to your store.

You're not supposed to know this

You know your product. Selling it online is somebody else's job.

You built the thing. You source it, make it, photograph it and answer every email about it. What you didn't sign up for was becoming a conversion specialist on top of all that.

So you do what everybody does. You change the button colour. You rewrite the homepage, again. You read somewhere that your product images are the problem, so you reshoot them, and not much happens. Then you start quietly wondering whether it's the price, or the market, or you.

It's usually none of those. It's usually four or five specific, boring, entirely fixable things in the way the store is put together. Your shipping cost only appearing at the very last step. Your best seller buried three clicks deep. Your images taking four seconds to load on a phone. You'd have no reason to know about any of them, because nobody tells you.

I know what they are. That's the whole job.

of online shopping carts are abandoned before purchase.

Most of those aren't lost because of price. They're lost because of friction: in the checkout, in the settings, in the flow. Friction is fixable. That's the whole point of this.

What's included

What you actually get for £120

A written report on your store

Not a template with your name pasted at the top. Your actual pages, gone through one at a time, with specific findings and why each one is costing you money rather than why it offends me.

A prioritised action list

Ranked by what will make the most difference for the least effort. You'll know what to do first and what genuinely doesn't matter.

Written so you can use it

If you're not technical, you'll still follow it. If you've got a developer, forward it and they'll know exactly what to change. No jargon either way.

One week from booking. I don't need access to your store to do it. See below.

The pass I run

What I'm looking for

Fifteen years in digital marketing, the last three on Shopify specifically. This is the pass I run on every store that comes to me. Most of it is unglamorous, which is exactly why it's still broken on so many sites.

  • Checkout flow: where people drop out, and what's pushing them
  • Shopify settings: the ones nobody ever tells you are wrong
  • Product pages: whether they answer the question that's stopping the sale
  • Navigation and collections: how many clicks to the thing they came for
  • Speed and plugins: what's slowing you down, and whether you even need it
  • Copy: the sentences doing the selling, and the ones getting in the way
  • Trust signals: returns, reviews, delivery, and everything else people check before they hand over a card
  • Mobile: where most of your traffic already is

When to do this

The best time to do this is before you've got traffic.

People assume an analysis is something you do once you've got numbers to look at. You don't have to wait. I can look at how a store is built, how it flows and where it's going to lose people long before a single person has bought anything. Most of what goes wrong is baked into the setup, not hiding in the data.

And it's much cheaper to fix a leaky store before you start paying to send people to it. Every pound of ad spend you put behind a store that loses buyers at checkout is a pound doing half its job.

Being straight with you: with no traffic at all, this won't pay for itself immediately. There are no sales yet for it to improve. What it does is make sure the traffic you're about to go and get doesn't get wasted, so it pays for itself the moment people start arriving.

If you'd rather wait until you've got visitors and some data, that's a perfectly reasonable call, and the analysis will be a bit richer for it. Either way works.

“Can you just do the fixes for me?”

Yes, and the £120 comes off the price.

The fixing package is the Website Botox, from £300. If you've had the analysis and you want me to do the work, I take your £120 off it. So it's £180 more, not £300 more.

Which means that if you decide to go ahead, the analysis has cost you nothing. And if you read the report and fancy doing the work yourself, or handing it to your developer, that's genuinely fine. It's written so either is possible.

If it turns out the store needs replacing rather than repairing, that's a Shopify Face Lift from £2,000. I'll tell you that in the report rather than quietly patching over it.

And can I just say — during the first month of working together you delivered 10× ROI? I knew you were awesome but... mind blown!

Did you know?

+35%

Baymard's usability testing found the average large ecommerce site could increase conversions by around 35% through better checkout design alone. On £100 of sales walking out the door, that's £35 of it walking back in.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

Do you need access to my store?

No. I work from the front end, the same way your customers do. What does help is access to your analytics if you have them set up, because it shows me where people are actually dropping out rather than where I suspect they might. If you haven't got analytics running, I'll still do the analysis, and I'll tell you how to get them working.

How long does it take?

One week from booking.

Is there a call included?

No, and that's deliberate. This is a written analysis so you've got something to keep and forward to whoever's doing the work. If you'd rather talk it through, the free discovery call is a separate thing and you're welcome to book one instead.

What if I want you to do the fixes?

That's the Website Botox, from £300, and I take your £120 off it. So £180 more. You decide once you've read the report, not before.

My store is brand new. Is it too early?

No, and arguably it's the ideal time. See above.

Do you work with stores outside the UK?

Absolutely. I work with ecommerce brands internationally, all of it online, and I'm used to working across time zones.

How do I pay?

Ready when you are

Let's find out what's actually going on.

£120, back with you in a week. A written report on your store and a prioritised list of what to fix first. Want me to do the fixing afterwards? Your £120 comes off the price.
